On July 19, the 2026 Commercial Technology and Quality Conference, hosted by the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, was solemnly held at the Beijing Youyi Hotel. With the theme “Accelerating High-Level Scientific and Technological Self-Reliance and Leading the Development of New‑Type Productive Forces,” the event brought together leaders from relevant ministries and commissions, industry experts, and representatives from over a thousand enterprises. During the conference, the organizers announced the list of winners of the 2025 All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Science and Technology Awards and presented the awards. Notably, the project “Intelligent Production and Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Components for Prefabricated Buildings Empowered by Artificial Intelligence,” jointly submitted by Nantong JianGong Group Co., Ltd., was awarded the Second Prize in the Science and Technology Progress category.
Zhang Zhigang, Vice Chairman of the Economic Committee of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, former Vice Minister of Commerce, and former President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce; Jiang Zengwei, former Vice Minister of Commerce; and Jiang Ming, former President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, attended the conference. Wang Min, President of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, delivered a speech, while Vice President Shen Shi chaired the meeting.
The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Science and Technology Award has been officially registered with the Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Science and Technology Awards Office, qualifying it to nominate candidates for the National Science and Technology Awards. It is a highly prestigious industry‑specific science and technology prize in the commerce and related manufacturing sectors. Among its categories, the Science and Technology Progress Award specifically recognizes organizations and teams that have achieved outstanding results in the commercialization of cutting‑edge technologies and in tackling major industrial technological challenges. This award represents the industry’s authoritative endorsement of Nantong JianGong’s robust R&D capabilities in intelligent construction, as well as the tangible outcomes of its technology transfer and practical applications.
For a long time, insufficient production precision of prefabricated components, significant challenges in on-site coordination and control, and relatively high material consumption and waste have been major bottlenecks hindering the green and efficient development of the construction industry. This award-winning project seamlessly integrates digital technologies such as artificial intelligence, building information modeling (BIM), and big data, establishing a complete end-to-end business chain that links intelligent component manufacturing, precise on-site construction, and full‑process digital management. It effectively boosts production efficiency, reduces energy use and material losses, and enhances quality, providing a replicable and scalable comprehensive technological solution for the construction sector’s smart transformation and its transition toward green, low‑carbon development.
This honor marks a significant milestone in the company’s journey of technological innovation.
